What You'll Do

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team delivering high-quality SaaS solutions.
• Drive architecture and technical design across frontend, backend, and AWS cloud environments.
• Champion engineering excellence through secure coding, testing, performance, and code quality best practices.
• Promote AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation.
• Mentor and develop engineers while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to build scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment best practices.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or product environments.

Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue, backend development, and relational databases.

Hands-on expertise with AWS, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of application security and scalable architecture.

Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for building high-performing teams.
