Job Description
THE ROLE
Our team is looking for a self-driven individual with a "get it done" mentality, with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading technical design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical capability, leadership skills, and platform expertise.
The role is a permanent position based out of our India Offices.
Experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of overall Salesforce platform experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud and Data Cloud
- Proven experience in at least two end-to-end Service Cloud implementations
- Experience in leading development teams and driving technical delivery
Location
- Pune, Bangalore, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Kochi, Noida
- Work Model: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of enterprise-level solutions on Service Cloud and Data Cloud
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical approaches
- Provide hands-on leadership in configuration, customization, and development using Salesforce platform tools
- Guide and mentor development teams across Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations
- Implement and manage key Service Cloud features such as: Omni-Channel, CTI integrations (Amazon Connect),Service Cloud Voice,Knowledge Base, Entitlements & Milestones,Digital Engagement,Slack integrations
- Drive Data Cloud implementations, including:Data ingestion,Identity resolution,Data unification,Segmentation and activation
- Define and implement integration patterns using REST APIs and event-driven architectures
- Ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and performance optimization
- Participate in code reviews, solution reviews, and technical troubleshooting
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications such as:
Service Cloud Consultant (preferred), Data Cloud certification (good to have)
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and declarative development, Data modeling and large data volume handling
- Experience with integrations and middleware tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage technical delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams
