• Strong exposure to end-to-end mass production processes

• Hardware 60% (Primary Focus)
• Firmware 30%
• Mechanical Integration 10%

1. Design & Manufacturing Knowledge

• Experience in:
• DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
• DFT (Design for Testing)
• DFS (Design for Serviceability)

1. Industry Background (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in Power Electronics
• Preferred feeder industries:
• EV (Electric Vehicles)
• Renewable Energy
• Consumer Electronics
• However, experience must be specifically within the Power Electronics domain
