We are looking for a Technical Lead/ Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on Board Support Package (BSP) development, Linux kernel migration, and platform ARM based SoCs. This role combines deep technical expertise in Linux internals and open-source contributions with strategic leadership to deliver robust, maintainable platforms for automotive and industrial-grade products.

Qualifications

----------------------------

Education:** B.Tech/ M.Tech in ECE/CS/EE (or equivalent).

Experience: 8 - 15 years in embedded Linux; 5+ years in kernel/BSP development; 3+ years in technical leadership or management.

Strong understanding of Linux kernel internals, device drivers, and BSP architecture.

Proven experience with U-Boot, Yocto/BitBake, device tree, and kernel build systems.

Demonstrated history of open-source contributions and patch submissions.

Hands-on experience with TI Jacinto platforms and Processor SDK Linux.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Real-time Linux (PREEMPT\_RT), virtualization, and security frameworks.

Track record of upstream maintainership or significant contributions.

Solid understanding of ARM or X86 based platforms and debugging techniques.
