Technical Lead (.NET / API / Healthcare) Onsite Hyderabad

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Hyderabad

Pay: $34 LPA - $40 LPA

Were partnering with a major U.S.-based healthcare organization to build out a brand-new engineering team in Hyderabad, and this role will serve as the first hire and technical foundation of that team.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a true leadership track roleyoull start as a hands-on Technical Lead and quickly grow into a position where you build, shape, and eventually oversee a team of up to 15 people!.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery across application, API, and data integration initiatives
• Write production-quality code in C# / .NET while setting development standards
• Drive API design, development, and system integrations with external platforms
• Work closely with SQL databases to support backend logic, validation, and performance
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Establish structure, documentation, and best practices in a growing environment
• Play a key role in hiring and mentoring engineers as the team expands
• Grow into a leadership role overseeing a larger engineering team over time

What Were Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET development
• Strong SQL experience (queries, backend logic, data validation)
• Experience building and working with REST APIs
• Proven ability to work across application and data integration layers
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical execution
• Ability to lead by example as a hands-on technical contributor
• Comfortable working onsite MondayFriday in Hyderabad

Highly Preferred

• Healthcare experience, especially insurance or claims systems
• Experience with FACETS or similar claims platforms
• Previous experience leading or mentoring developers
• Exposure to Snowflake or modern data platforms

$34 LPA - $40 LPA

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
