Technical Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead with hands on experience in .NET development and data integration to support and lead day to day technical delivery. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can write code, work closely with developers, and provide technical guidance across application, API, and ETL initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on site five days a week and leading by example in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years with C# and .Net development

Solid experience with SQL queries to support application logic and data validation

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs

Hands on experience with SSIS and ETL integration processes

Must be willing to work on site Monday-Friday

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Highly preferred previous Lead experience

Experience with Snowflake

Healthcare insurance experience
