Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmednagar for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical teams, guiding project development, reviewing code, implementing software solutions, and ensuring adherence to best practices. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design application architectures, resolve technical challenges, and ensure project deadlines are met effectively. The role also involves mentoring team members and providing leadership in technology-related decisions.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in software development, programming, and coding
Experience in architecting and implementing scalable solutions
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization skills
Strong project management and team leadership skills
Effective communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
Ability to guide and mentor team members
Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and system integrations
Prior experience in a leadership role within a technical environment is preferred
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required
