Experience

• Technical Lead: 812+ years total, with 3+ years in Node + React, and prior team/tech leadership.
• Senior Software Engineer: 59 years total, with strong hands-on in Node + React and ownership of complex modules.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).
• Drive engineering best practices, mentor developers, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality, secure, and performant software.
• Develop endtoend web solutions using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).
• Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend modules.
• Create responsive and reusable React components with modern ES6+ and Hooks.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Optimize application performance on both frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product, QA, DevOps).
• Drive architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
