Technical Lead – Full Stack - Python/Postgress/React

Location : Chennai/Bengaluru

Role Summary

Own end-to-end technology spanning frontend, backend, data systems, and platform security. This is a hands-on role focused on building scalable, secure, and data-driven systems, while enabling ML/AI workflows and ensuring strong engineering discipline.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system architecture across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Own both ReactJS frontend and Django/GraphQL backend systems
• Design and manage secure, scalable APIs and data flows
• Build and evolve ML/AI-ready data pipelines and analytics systems
• Establish secure coding practices and data protection mechanisms
• Own cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment pipelines
• Define and enforce development, QA, and release processes
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and uptime
• Actively debug, optimize, and ship features hands-on at all times

Tech Stack Context

• Frontend: ReactJS
• Backend: Django, GraphQL
• Infra: Docker, Cloud (AWS)
• Database: PostgreSQL

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in ReactJS + modern frontend architecture
• Solid backend development experience with Python/Django (or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL) and system architecture
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, data modeling, and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to build scalable, production-grade systems

Security & Data Responsibility (Critical)

• Strong understanding of application and data security principles
• Experience implementing:
• Authentication & authorization (RBAC, JWT)
• Secure API design and access control
• Experience in preventing data leaks, securing sensitive financial/user data
• Familiarity with audit logging, monitoring, and incident response basics

Good-to-Have (Strategic Fit)

• Exposure to ML/AI integration (model consumption, not necessarily training)
• Experience with data pipelines / ETL / analytics platforms
• Familiarity with fintech or data-sensitive platforms
• Experience with observability tools (logging, tracing, monitoring)
