Technical Lead – Backend & Sales Mobility Systems

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Lead with strong backend engineering and architectural expertise to lead the development of our Sales and Mobility application ecosystem.

In this role, you will serve as the core technical authority for our field sales, supervisor, and mobility-based applications. The position requires a blend of system architecture, backend development, and technical leadership. You will actively contribute to coding while also defining scalable system designs, database structures, and API frameworks.

This is a key role where you will bridge business requirements and engineering execution, ensuring high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development and backend engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot (Java) and .NET Core (C#)
• Ensure high performance, security, and clean coding practices in production systems
• Design end-to-end system architecture including ER diagrams, data models, and flow diagrams
• Ensure scalability and maintainability of enterprise-grade applications
• Define and document REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger standards
• Create structured API contracts and JSON schemas for seamless frontend integration
• Design optimized database schemas, indexing strategies, triggers, and stored procedures
• Ensure efficient handling of high-concurrency transactional systems
• Convert business requirements into detailed technical design documents
• Provide clear architectural guidance for frontend and backend engineering teams

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in C# (.NET Core) and Java (Spring Boot)
• Daily active involvement in backend coding and system development
• Deep understanding of relational database design principles
• Expertise in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience with databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Strong grasp of RESTful API design and integration standards
• Familiarity with secure authentication mechanisms and scalable architecture patterns
• Exposure to microservices-based system design
• Good conceptual understanding of Flutter and Native Android (Kotlin/Java)
• Ability to design efficient client-server communication models, offline sync, and caching strategies
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical deliverables
• Experience in conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
