About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Lead and Backend Developer to lead the development of core Sales and Mobility applications. The role involves backend engineering, system architecture, database design, API development, and technical leadership across field sales, supervisor, and mobility applications.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong backend development experience, deep database knowledge, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, refactor, and deploy secure, high performance backend systems using Java Spring Boot and C# .NET.
• Design relational database schemas, ERDs, data flow diagrams, and scalable backend architecture.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL stored procedures, triggers, queries, indexing strategies, and database logic.
• Design and document REST API contracts using OpenAPI, Swagger, and JSON schemas.
• Work closely with mobile and frontend teams to create strong client server interfaces.
• Support architecture for mobile platforms, including Flutter and Native Android applications.
• Debug and resolve backend performance issues, database locks, API latency, and transactional bottlenecks.
• Convert business requirements into structured technical specification documents.
• Review code, guide developers, and mentor backend and mobile engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering and backend development experience.
• Strong hands on coding experience in Java Spring Boot and C# .NET Core.
• Expert level knowledge of relational databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Strong command over complex SQL stored procedures, debugging, query optimization, and database performance tuning.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols, microservices, and modern backend architecture patterns.
• Conceptual understanding of Flutter and Native Android platforms, including data caching and offline sync mechanisms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical tasks.
• Ability to mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and support engineering best practices.
• Strong problem solving skills for real time production environments.
