We are looking for a highly capable Technical Delivery Manager who can take full ownership of client requirements and rapidly translate them into scalable, real-world solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth, delivery ownership, and client-facing experience, with a passion for building and shipping fast using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions & architectures
• Build POCs/MVPs rapidly and drive them toward production-ready systems
• Lead engineering teams with a hands-on approach (design + development)
• Ensure end-to-end delivery with high quality, speed, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with clients & stakeholders to ensure clarity and execution
• Identify and leverage modern technologies (AI, Cloud, Automation) to enhance delivery

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python / Node.js / Java
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Solid understanding of System Design, APIs, and Microservices Architecture
• Experience building end-to-end applications (backend + basic frontend)
• Familiarity with Databases, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have

• Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI (LLMs, OpenAI)
• Exposure to React / Angular (frontend basics)
• Experience in Data Engineering / Analytics projects
