Technical Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Designer with experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, coordination drawings, working details, and supporting the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed working drawings and GFC drawings for corporate interior projects
• Develop layout plans, ceiling layouts, partition details, joinery details, and coordination drawings
• Coordinate with design, MEP, and execution teams for technical alignment
• Review site measurements and ensure drawing accuracy
• Assist in BOQ preparation and material detailing
• Resolve technical and drawing-related issues during project execution
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for technical clarifications
• Maintain project documentation and revisions

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or related field
• 36 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical detailing
• Understanding of materials, site execution, and coordination drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
