About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery/Program Manager to own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise Microsoft technology programs. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has led complex, multi-workstream engineering programs someone equally comfortable in a stakeholder steering committee and a sprint planning session. You'll sit at the intersection of technical depth and delivery leadership, directly shaping outcomes for a marquee Microsoft technology engagement.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end delivery of the program across multiple concurrent workstreams scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes
• Engineering leadership guide teams to consistent, high-quality, on-time delivery
• Agile execution drive sprint planning, release planning, and governance across Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks
• Risk & escalation management proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and escalations before they become blockers
• Stakeholder orchestration be the connective tissue between customer stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams
• Delivery metrics monitor KPIs across productivity, quality, and resource utilization, and act on what the data tells you
• Governance & compliance ensure engineering best practices, security, and compliance standards are consistently met
• Continuous improvement champion process excellence and operational efficiency across the program
• People leadership mentor Team Leads and build bench strength within the engineering organization
• Executive communication deliver crisp, regular status updates and delivery reporting to leadership

What You Bring

• 11+ years of experience in technical delivery/program management, with strong grounding in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps)
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and SAFe delivery models
• Track record of program planning and execution at scale ideally managing 30100+ engineering resources
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including experience with global teams and enterprise customers
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and escalations without losing sight of delivery outcomes

Preferred Background

• Experience handling Microsoft as a direct/end client is a strong plus
• Background delivering large-scale Microsoft/.NET and Azure-based enterprise programs
• Prior experience with Microsoft, HCL, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, LTIMindtree, or similar Tier-1 IT organizations
• Strong client-facing experience managing global, distributed engineering teams

Preferred Certifications

• PMP or PRINCE2
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe Agilist
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, or Azure Architect certification
