Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with strong expertise in creating technical documentation and content for software and technology domains. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accurate content.


Key Responsibilities

Create and manage technical documentation and content

Work closely with technical and business teams to understand product features

Develop content related to software development, cloud technologies, APIs, and technical solutions

Simplify complex technical concepts while maintaining accuracy

Maintain documentation using tools like Confluence, Git, Markdown, and Notion

Ensure content follows SEO best practices and analytics standards

Support ITSM and Change Management documentation processes



Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or related field

25 years of experience in technical writing or content development

Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, APIs, or related technical domains

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts without losing technical accuracy

Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, Git, Markdown, Notion)

Familiarity with SEO best practices and content analytics

ITSM & Change Management experience is mandatory
