Technical Co-Founder (Equity-Based)

WorkBuddy HR is building a modern HRMS platform focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses automate their HR operations through an affordable, powerful, and user-friendly solution.

We are looking for a passionate Technical Co-Founder who wants to build a company, not just work a job.

• This is an equity-based opportunity for someone excited about startups, product building, and long-term value creation.

• Take ownership of the technology roadmap and product architecture.
• Work closely with the Founder to define and execute the product vision.
• Improve and scale the existing HRMS platform.
• Lead future product development, integrations, automation, AI features, and infrastructure decisions.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in strategic discussions regarding growth, fundraising, partnerships, and hiring.
• Build and mentor future engineering teams as the company grows.
