DropX Logistics is a technology-driven logistics company headquartered in Kerala. We specialize in fast and efficient e-commerce and quick commerce operations across India.

Job Location: Manjeri, Malappuram (On-site)

We are looking for a highly driven Full Stack Developer with a strong product and startup mindset to help build Dropxs internal technology platform.

Job Description:

You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to design and develop:

- Internal ERP and operations dashboard

- Rider and employee mobile applications

- Attendance and workforce management systems

- Operational analytics and reporting tools

- Cost tracking and performance systems

- Workflow automation tools

This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, solving operational problems using technology, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable internal web dashboards and operational tools

- Build and maintain mobile applications for riders and employees

- Develop backend APIs, database architecture, and system integrations

- Translate operational workflows into simple and scalable software systems

- Build analytics dashboards and reporting systems for decision-making

- Improve operational efficiency through automation and product thinking

- Work directly with leadership on long-term product and tech strategy

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance

Role Requirements:

- +2 years of experience in full stack development

- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript

- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks

- Experience with Node.js / Express or similar backend technologies

- Experience building mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, or similar frameworks

- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL / MySQL databases

- Experience building admin dashboards, ERP systems, or internal tools

- Ability to independently own features from idea to deployment

- Strong problem-solving and execution capability

Strongly Preferred:

- Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments

- Experience building products from scratch

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality

- Experience with ERP systems such as ERPNext

- Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, GCP, or cloud infrastructure

- Experience in logistics-tech, operations-tech, or workforce management systems

- Understanding of analytics and data visualization
