We create cinematic reels, human stories, interviews, documentaries, social reflections, and emotionally rooted content that stays with people beyond scrolling.

Were looking for a creative and sincere Junior Video Editor & Shoot Assistant to join our in-house team.

Freshers are welcome if you have genuine interest in storytelling, content creation, and visual editing.

Location: In-House / Full-Time

What Youll Do:

Shoot basic reels and videos using phone/camera setups

Edit short-form reels and social media content

Assist during interviews, outdoor shoots, and content production

Add subtitles, music, transitions, and clean pacing to edits

Organize footage and maintain content files

Work closely with the creative/content team on storytelling-focused projects

Support visual content across Pratibimb and associated brand work

Skills Were Looking For:

Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / CapCut / VN / DaVinci Resolve or similar tools

Understanding of reels, pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling

Interest in cinematic and emotionally engaging content

Creative mindset with willingness to learn and grow

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Were not looking for flashy edits or trend-only content.
