Job Description :
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification (Good To have)
8+ years of experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions
Experience with WSD and HSE modules desirable.
Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments
Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations with
complex integration requirements. Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP
APIs, and middleware technologies.
Proven track record managing technical delivery on multiple concurrent projects, with
experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best
practices
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the
organization
Comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities, enjoys new challenges
Experience with business analysis or functional real estate knowledge in a professional
services industry a plus
