Technical Architect

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain graph data models using Neo4j for complex, connected datasets across domains such as fraud detection, recommendations, knowledge management, or supply chains.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions including LLM-powered applications, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Integrate Neo4j knowledge graphs with Generative AI models to enable context-aware, graph-enhanced AI applications.
• Write clean, efficient Python code for data ingestion, transformation, graph querying (Cypher), and AI pipeline orchestration.
• Build and optimise vector search pipelines and combine them with graph traversal for hybrid AI retrieval architectures.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI and graph solutions.
• Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and evaluate LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.) for domain-specific use cases.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices to expose AI and graph capabilities to downstream applications.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience in software/data engineering with strong hands-on exposure to graph databases and AI/ML.
• Neo4j: Hands-on experience with Neo4j graph database data modelling, Cypher query language, APOC library, graph algorithms (GDS Graph Data Science library).
• Generative AI: Practical experience building GenAI applications RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar).
• Python: Strong Python programming skills data processing, API development, AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, HuggingFace Transformers, FastAPI/Flask).
• Experience with embedding models, semantic search, and vector similarity techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI and graph workloads.
