The Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who speaks the language of both facility management and technology. You will oversee human and work management on-site, relying heavily on methodically created SOPs, checklists, and digital tickets. If you believe that a well-run property relies on data, evidence, and proactive planning rather than memory and WhatsApp messages, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Centralized Leadership: Act as the single point of command, single point of reporting, and single point of accountability across all departments (soft services, technical services, and vendor coordination).

• Tech-Backed Execution: Implement and strictly enforce the use of digital checklists with timestamps, ticket escalation tracking, and evidence-based task closure using photos.

• Proactive Operations: Shift the property from a reactive state to a planned maintenance schedule, ensuring all operations can be tracked, timed, and analyzed for better efficiency.

• Management Reporting: Compile and drive a formal review rhythm and Management Reporting (MMR), enabling the MC to review complete property performance in just 15 minutes.

Who We Are Looking For

FMS Veteran: Proven experience in managing operations for large apartment/residential associations in Bengaluru.

• Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable using and implementing digital facility management software, ticketing systems, and data dashboards.
• Process-Oriented: A firm believer in SOPs who leads by structure, not micromanagement.
• Excellent Communicator: Ability to translate complex operational data into concise, 15-minute reports for association members.
