Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Tech Support Engineer. The Tech Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to software solutions. The role also involves providing exceptional customer support, delivering technical guidance, managing software installations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintaining logs, reporting recurring technical challenges, and ensuring timely resolution are also key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve software-related issues efficiently
• Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
• Customer Support and Customer Service abilities for handling client queries and ensuring a positive user experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
• Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with software distribution or IT solutions is a plus
