Kalkitech's Innovation & Technology Division is expanding, and we're looking for passionate engineers to join our team as Tech Lead Systems Design Engineer.

If you enjoy working on FPGA, MPSoC, RTL Design, Embedded Systems, and Hardware-Software Co-Design, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to next-generation products for the Energy, Utility, Industrial, and IoT sectors.

Experience: 38 Years (Relevant Experience: 3+ Years)

CTC: 1420 LPA (based on experience and skills)

Location: Bangalore | Kochi

Expertise in FPGA / RTL / MPSoC Development

Strong Verilog / VHDL design skills and RTL fundamentals

Experience with Xilinx Vivado/Vitis or Intel Quartus tools

PS-PL Integration and Hardware-Software Co-Design

IP Core Integration (Custom & Vendor IPs)

Simulation, Synthesis, Timing Closure, and Hardware Validation

Strong C Programming, PetaLinux, and Bare-Metal Development

Experience with SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, Flash, and Memory Interfaces

Knowledge of clocking, reset architecture, and timing constraints

Zynq / Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC Platforms

Linux-based Embedded Systems

Bootloader, BSP, Kernel, and Device Driver Concepts

DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet MAC-PHY

Familiarity with Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone, NXP i.MX, TI AMxx, and STM Platforms

Product-focused R&D environment

Work on advanced FPGA and MPSoC platforms

Exposure to global customers across Europe and North America

Strong technical learning, ownership, and growth opportunities

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech ECE, EEE, Embedded Systems, VLSI, Instrumentation, or related disciplines.
