We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Manager with strong expertise in C++, CUDA programming, Linux, and High-Performance Computing (HPC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers working on C++ and CUDA-based applications
• Design and develop high-performance software solutions
• Work on GPU acceleration and parallel computing
• Develop and optimize applications in Linux environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for device integration and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot and optimize multi-threaded applications

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20)
• Experience in CUDA programming and GPU computing
• Strong Linux development experience
• Expertise in multi-threading and performance optimization
• Knowledge of software architecture, OOP concepts, and design patterns
• Experience with embedded systems or device integration
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Team handling / technical leadership experience

Preferred Skills:

• OpenCL / Python exposure
• HPC, distributed systems, or AI/ML infrastructure background
