About the Role

You are the rare hybrid who can build, maintain, and optimize the entire Zoomies digital stack without needing a team of 10. From managing the Shopify storefront and integrating tools, to building internal dashboards and automating workflows, you will be our one-stop tech force.

What You'll Own

• Own and manage the Zoomies Shopify storefront theme updates, app integrations, performance optimization, and bug fixes.
• Build and maintain an OMS integrated with Shopify, logistics partners, and payment gateways.
• Integrate third-party tools across the D2C stack: CRM, marketing automation, analytics, returns management, and helpdesk.
• Develop internal dashboards and reporting tools for real-time business visibility.
• Manage system integrations (API, webhooks) across payment gateways, logistics, ERP, and CRM.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on the website and backend systems quickly.
• Work with the performance marketing team to implement pixel tracking, GTM setup, and conversion optimization.
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage SaaS tools relevant to D2C operations.
• Automate repetitive workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure website security, uptime, speed, and SEO technical health.

What We're Looking For

• 25 years of experience in a tech generalist, full-stack, or D2C tech role at a fast-paced startup.
• Hands-on proficiency with Shopify (theme customization, Liquid, app configuration; Shopify Plus preferred).
• Experience building or managing OMS solutions for e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Experience with GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Comfortable with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make) alongside custom code.

Good to Have

• Prior experience working in a D2C brand's internal tech team.
• Exposure to headless commerce or custom Shopify app development.
• Knowledge of data pipeline tools or basic SQL.
