We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Tech & Design Associate to join Think School's growth team. You will be responsible for designing and building high-converting websites, creating seamless user experiences, and supporting digital initiatives across our products and programs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, hands-on experience with WordPress, and the ability to turn ideas into polished digital experiences.

Design clean, user-friendly, and conversion-focused website interfaces using Figma

Build, manage, and optimize websites using WordPress

Create responsive website layouts and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions

Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to execute digital projects

Maintain and improve existing websites, ensuring performance, functionality, and usability

Implement best practices in UI/UX design and website optimization

Support website integrations, automations, and workflow improvements

Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate updates when required

Stay updated with the latest design trends, web technologies, and user experience practices

12 years of experience as a Tech & Design Associate, UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or similar role

Strong proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design

Hands-on experience building and managing websites using WordPress

Good understanding of website design principles and conversion-focused layouts

Familiarity with website performance, responsiveness, and user experience best practices

Basic knowledge of automations, workflows, or no-code tools is a plus

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Creative thinker with strong design sensibilities
