- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and delivery methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure successful implementation of technology changes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules to meet client needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
