Detailed Job Description:

• The Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing solutions within the Teamcenter PLM ecosystem, supporting both RAC (Rich Application Client) and AWC (Active Workspace Client) environments, in alignment with defined architectural designs and sprint plans.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to understand the overall system architecture and ensure accurate implementation of approved designs while maintaining consistency across modules.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to Teamcenter development standards, coding guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Actively participate in sprint activities including requirement analysis, task estimation, development, and defect resolution to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and IT teams to clarify requirements, validate technical feasibility, and bridge any functional or technical gaps.
• Ensure all developments are well-documented, including technical design specifications, code comments, and configuration details to support long-term maintainability.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure the quality and stability of the developed components before deployment.
• Prepare code for peer reviews and follow established review processes to ensure adherence to quality standards prior to deployment or integration with downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development, testing, and post-deployment phases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
