Team Member - Clean room

Clean Room Operations

• Operate equipment and processes within Class 1000 clean room standards
• Carry out visual and technical inspection of components inside the clean room
• Ensure components meet quality standards before packing
• Pack components in compliance with clean room protocols and contamination control measures
• Follow SOPs strictly to maintain contamination control
• Record and report particle count data as per defined protocols

Water Quality Monitoring

• Perform routine checks on high-purity water systems used in special cleaning lines
• Ensure water quality parameters meet required standards
• Escalate deviations promptly to supervisors

Process Adherence

• Support daily operations of special cleaning lines
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for compliance audits
• Assist in implementing corrective actions under guidance of senior staff

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to GMP, ISO, and EHS guidelines during operations
• Use protective gear and follow safety practices in clean room environments

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with supervisors and peers to achieve production targets
• Participate in training sessions to enhance clean room and water system knowledge
