Industry: RE Redevelopment Projects ( Real Estate Industry)

Preferred Attributes:

* Existing network within housing societies and local authorities.

* Experience in cluster redevelopment or slum rehab projects.

* Multilingual proficiency [Marathi / Hindi / English] is a plus.

Role Description:

* Lead end to end deal sourcing and evaluation for BD Projects including identifying opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and performing initial due-diligence.

* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with society members, committee and authorities.

* Driving negotiations to finalize legal agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as DPCR and RERA.

* Oversee the smooth transition from deal closure to execution, coordinating with internal teams, consultants and municipal bodies to secure approvals and support project commencement.
