Role: Team Lead-GA

Skill: Finance and Accounting, General ledger/ book keeping, Fixed assets & month end reporting

Experience: 4 years to 6 years

Job Location: Chennai

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts CPA, CA, CWA qualification is an added advantage

Must Have Skills:

1) Good communication skills – Verbal and written

2) Good understanding of Record to Report Processes

Good-to-Have Skills:

1) Client/stakeholder management skills

2) Analytical thinking and Result oriented approach

3) Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment

4) MS Excel skills with experience in developing simple Macros or MS Access experience in working with

5) Proactive identification of potential issues in achieving SLA compliance and acting on them to avoid last minute surprises

6) Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced and high stress environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

7) Month end Reporting

Job Responsibilities

1) Team Leader would be for responsible for managing  daily/recurring process deliverables

2) All activities should be handled basis contractual SLAs agreed with the client. Turnaround time (TAT) and Accuracy being key SLAs

3) Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliations

4) Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation

5) Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client

6) Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries

7) Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assets
