Team Lead

We are at Teleperformance hiring for team leader operation for collection process.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team leader required.
2. Experience in Dialer is preferred.
3. DRA certified is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead ,manage, and motivate a team of collection agent to achieve targets.
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Handle escalation calls and provide resolution to customers.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines.
• Work closely with dialer systems to optimize calling efficiency.
• Conduct regular team briefings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Maintain reports and share insights with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Pay range and compensation package - Upto 5 lpa
