Ability to analyse and identify the root cause for technical issues. Problem-solving skills in order to resolve issues promptly. Key skills required: Education: B.Tech/BE degree (IT, CS or ECE) Minimum experience of working in 2 projects as Support Engineer Proficiency in working with systems like SQL, or other technologies at BPCL (SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce etc.) is a must. Experience with Azure Cloud Platform is preferred. Advanced analytics skills with the ability to perform data analysis, identify relations/ correlations etc.
