Job Description

Role Overview:

The Team Lead Product Implementation is responsible for leading end-to-end customer implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery, payroll readiness, and successful product adoption. This role drives SLA adherence, minimizes rework, and provides strategic and technical guidance to the implementation team while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.


Experience: 5+ years with HRMS/Payroll implementation experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of implementation specialists delivering HRMS solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, etc.)
  2. Own the complete implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live
  3. Ensure accurate payroll setup, validation, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
  4. Drive configuration of HRMS modules aligned with client policies, workflows, and regulatory requirements
  5. Establish and enforce quality control processes to minimize errors, payroll discrepancies, and rework
  6. Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery
  7. Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to SLAs and timelines
  8. Enable customers during onboarding and drive early adoption of HRMS modules
  9. Mentor and coach team members; conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on HRMS best practices and compliance updates
  10. Gather client feedback, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  11. Ensure efficient resource planning and team productivity
