Key Responsibilities
Drive city-level Channel Sales & ECV targets
Build, scale, and retain a strong Broker / Channel Partner network
Lead daily CP engagements to drive consistent lead generation
Manage CP payouts and build long-term partnerships
Ensure brand integrity and operational excellence
Mentor and lead the city Channel Sales team
What Were Looking For
Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ years in Real Estate & Channel Sales
Strong broker / channel partner network in Bangalore or Gurgaon
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strategic, result-driven mindset
Fluency in regional languages
Interview Mode: Virtual
Interview Rounds: 3 -4
