US Accounting Team Lead

Location: Surat Office | Shift: 2:30 PM 11:30 PM IST | Budget: Negotiable | We value your skills and pay above industry standards for top talent.

Executive Summary

We are looking for a high-caliber US Accounting Team Lead to spearhead our Accounting teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants. You will be responsible for task delegation, performance tracking, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Financial Integrity: Oversee general ledger management, month-end/year-end closing, and the preparation of precision-accurate financial statements.
• Strategic Analysis: Review P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to provide actionable business insights.
• Client Management: Own client relationships end-to-end by proactively managing communication, setting clear expectations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with agreed scope and timeline.

Candidate Profile

• Credentials: CA/CA Inter (IPCC)
• Experience: 3+ years in US Accounting, featuring at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Technical Savvy: Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in ERP environments (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).
• KPO experience is highly appreciated.

Leadership Traits: A proactive problem-solver with the communication skills to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
