We are seeking passionate and qualified Teaching Faculty to join our on-site team at our Vapi location. This is a full-time position where the faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, designing curriculum plans, preparing lesson materials, and conducting assessments to enhance students' academic performance. The role also involves providing personalized mentoring, addressing individual student needs, and facilitating doubt-clearing sessions to ensure concept clarity and exam readiness. Collaboration with peers to improve teaching methodologies and to create a positive learning atmosphere is an essential aspect of this role.

• Strong subject matter expertise in relevant domains such as science, mathematics, or exam-specific content (e.g., IIT-JEE, NEET, etc.)
• Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and exam preparation strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective knowledge delivery
• Problem-solving abilities, mentoring, and guiding students with clarity and patience
• Experience in classroom management and using modern teaching technologies
• Passion for education, empathy for students, and a commitment to their success
• Postgraduate or graduate degree in relevant subject fields; teaching certifications are a plus
• Prior teaching experience in competitive educational environments is highly desirable
