Key Responsibilities

Key Knowledge Areas within Functional/Technical

1. Technical Configuration & Scripting

• TCC scripts (Taleo Connect Client)
• Net Change operation scripts
• Import/Export with complex filters
• Working with Requisition and Candidate file structures

2. OLF & Contextualization

• Full understanding of OLF Structure (Organization, Location, Job Field)
• Contextualization based on OLF
• SmartOrg concepts and User Types
• Access and Security configurations linked to OLF

3. Approvals & Automation

• Dynamic Approval Routing (DAR)
• Offer approval workflows
• DAR Matrix configuration
• Automated Tasks (Onboarding, Candidate progression triggers)

4. Taleo Recruiting Functional Expertise

• Requisition creation, templates, and management
• Candidate files and lifecycle management
• Career Sections (Internal / External)
• CSW (Candidate Selection Workflow)
• Offer letter templates and List Formats
• Working with UDFs (User-Defined Fields)
• Data purge rules and compliance

5. Onboarding & Transitions

• Different types of onboarding options
• Transitions processes and task orchestration

6. Taleo Social Sourcing (TSS)

• General setup and configuration knowledge
• User roles, sourcing workflows, and candidate engagement

7. Security & Access Management

• User Types, Permissions, and Role-based access
• Security integrations across Recruiting, Onboarding, and Social Sourcing
• Access-related configurations in SmartOrg
