Viral Labs solves distribution problems for the biggest global companies. We control 500M+ views/month in the US. Clients include The North Face, Flo Health, and Deel. We are scaling fast and the quality of people we bring in is the single biggest variable in whether we win.

What's the job about?

• This is a hunting and judgment job.
• You will identify the right people, reach out to them, run their first screen, and decide whether they're a Viral Labs person or not.
• You own the hiring pipeline end to end, from building the target list to making the pass decision before anything reaches the founder.
• Day one, you are doing everything yourself. Building the tracking system, writing the outreach, running the screens.

Right for this:

• You have a sharp eye for people and you trust it.
• You can tell the difference between someone who is sharp.
• You are high agency by default. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
• You have done something that makes you an outlier for your age.

• You need structure before you act.
• You are good at process but have no judgment on people.
