Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience in IT Recruitment & Lateral Hiring
• Team Handling & Team Management experience
• Expertise in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruitment
• Stakeholder management and hiring strategy exposure
• Experience in volume and niche technology hiring

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: 10+ years
• Notice; Max 30 days
• Shift Timing: General (Day Shift)

Required skills:

• Lead end-to-end IT hiring initiatives
• Manage recruitment delivery and hiring teams
• Drive sourcing strategies through portals, social media, referrals, and AI-driven recruitment
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and process efficiency
