Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, and building a strong talent pipeline to support the organizations growth. This role involves managing a team, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition


Qualifications & Experience

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 410 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 23 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in handling bulk hiring and lateral hiring across functions
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques
