The ideal candidate comes from a recruitment background and has experience at sourcing, interviewing and following HR procedures.

You will be a passionate individual and self-motivated person with the will to innovate and find creative ways to build a world class global team.

You will be a self-motivated person and able to source and find the best talent available in the market. This requires someone who can learn new skills and is open to challenge and looking to grow their career.

All our positions are in house for our office in Bangalore and London. It will consist of hiring for technical, sales, operational and account management roles. Including any other ad-hoc roles we may need to fill.

You will be dealing with new hiring of staff to the company and liaising with the Head Office in London daily and the management in Bucharest.

You will have a good understanding of HR procedures and assist the management in creating a professional environment while making sure that we have a great place to work where we all strive for success.

They should also possess a friendly demeanour so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

Responsibilities

Daily candidate sourcing and attracting the best talent

Strong Negotiation skills on getting the candidates at a competitive rate

Using LinkedIn, Reed, Indeed and other job boards to advertise current positions

Keeping yourself accountable at all times

Recruit new staff for the company

HR documentation for all new recruits

Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport

Onboard all new staff into the company
