Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Operations)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Acquisition Operations professional to support and streamline our recruitment processes. This role will focus on recruitment coordination, reporting, systems management, compliance, and improving overall hiring efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations & Coordination

• Manage interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and candidate records
• Track offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment trackers
• Share weekly/monthly hiring metrics (TAT, aging, conversion ratios, offer drop-offs, etc.)
• Support leadership with recruitment data and insights
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Process & Compliance

• Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance requirements
• Standardize templates (JDs, scorecards, offer formats, etc.)
• Drive process adherence across recruiters and hiring managers

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and finance
• Support workforce planning and requisition approvals
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience

• 37 years of experience in TA Operations / Recruitment Coordination / HR Operations
• Strong expertise in ATS systems and recruitment dashboards
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail
