System Support Administrator (Windows & Cloud)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Windows Server OS patching using tools such as Datto RMM / Auvik Network monitoring.
• Apply security patches and updates for third-party software installed on servers.
• Fix Vulnerabilities reported in internal and external audits along with documentation for future use,.
• Perform Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration (2019/2022 or 2025).
• Manage and administer Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Ensure effective backup and restoration processes using tools like Datto backup, Acronis Cloud or similar.
• Provide administration and troubleshooting support for E-mail system Google Workspace, Exchange or Office 365
• Support and maintain Managed Service Providers (MSPs) solutions to secure and control elevated access.
• Document patch cycles, vulnerability remediation, maintain audit configurations, and backup activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Security compliance and service availability.
• Knowledge of certificate cervices, ADFS and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Hands-on experience with patch management tools (Datto RMM and Endpoint Central, WSUS, etc.).
• Knowledge of Datto RMM, Auvik Network Monitor or equivalent.
• Experience with backup solutions such as Datto backup, Acronis or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Exchange, or Office 365.
• Practical knowledge in vulnerability management and remediation.
• Exposure to VAPT exercises and ability to work with security teams.
• Sound knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, with several years of relevant experience; some roles accept an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proven experience administering servers in production environments, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory or identity management, virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery.

Technical Skills :

• Ability to install, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot servers in on-premises, data center, cloud, or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or other server-side scripting.
• Understanding of networking, security settings, firewall basics, and enterprise hardening practices.
• Experience with storage, virtualization platforms, and enterprise infrastructure tools.

• Strong communication, customer service, and documentation ability.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Ability to manage priorities, collaborate across teams, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Salary for this Position :

The salary range depends on the candidates portfolio and experience, typically between 3.2 LPA and 12 LPA.
