Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System/Network IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including network systems, end-user devices, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with networking, laptop/desktop configurations, AWS, and GitHub. Ensuring system security and compliance will be a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, VPNs, LAN/WAN)
• Administer user access, permissions, and system controls
• Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
• Support code/version management using GitHub
• Implement and enforce IT security protocols (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection)
• Monitor system performance and uptime
• Perform patching, backups, and system upgrades
• Provide technical support and resolve IT issues
• Maintain IT documentation and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in System Administration / IT Support
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
• Hands-on experience with laptop/desktop configuration
• Basic experience with AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with GitHub / version control systems
• Good understanding of security protocols and best practices
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems

Mandatory Certifications (Must Have)

• CompTIA Network+ or
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect
• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Certified (Azure / Windows Server)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent
