Work Mode - All 5 Days Office
Must Have
- Windows workstation OS installation, troubleshooting issues. Laptop preparation and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installation and troubleshooting applications like Microsoft office, Visual Studio. Working in ticketing system and adhering to SLAs.
- Good communication skills, clarity in understanding requests and correctness in sending responses.
- Enthusiastic to know and manage applications like DLP, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One.
- Selfdriven and interested in fixing application related issues.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
- Server monitoring, performance monitoring, and security tool monitoring.
- Zoho End Point central / Mange Engine End Point central for end point.
management or any other remote tool.
- Basic knowledge in AWS
Good to Have
- Knowledge in Zoho helpdesk
- Knowledge in Windows Active Directory, server.
- Self-driven and interested in fixing application related issues.
