Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator located in Bengaluru. The System Administrator will oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of systems and networks. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to teams, and ensuring security protocols are maintained. The role also involves creating and maintaining system and network documentation for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in System Administration, including setup, configuration, and monitoring of IT infrastructure
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve system and network issues effectively
• Experience in Network Administration, such as configuring and maintaining networks and ensuring optimal performance
• Knowledge of Information Technology principles, including security protocols and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or related qualifications are a plus
