Role Description

The Swimming Program supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the swim coaching program, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality instruction across all age categories. Acting as the key point of contact for coaches, management, and parents, the supervisor is responsible for managing coach schedules, monitoring student progress, and maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. This role demands exceptional leadership and organizational skills, along with a commitment to promoting growth and excellence among both students and staff, while driving continuous improvement to achieve outstanding program outcomes.

CTC: 4.5 LPA to 5.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of coaching operations across all batches and age groups in the designated center.
• Manage and mentor a team of coaches to deliver high-quality instruction.
• Manage coach scheduling and student progress tracking.
• Ensure safety standards and operational excellence within the academy.
• Act as the primary contact for parents, addressing queries with professionalism.
• Regularly monitor student progression through the levels of the Swim Scooled program.
• Identify and nurture talented swimmers for competitive growth.
• Identify and suggest areas for continuous improvement and development within the program.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in managing teams, especially in a coaching or sports environment.
• Previous experience as a swim coach or instructor is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate coaches.
