Role Description

This is a remote position for a Support Worker Admin. The role entails providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the support services team. Daily tasks include maintaining records, handling communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safeguarding practices, and supporting staff with required technical assistance. The position requires a strong focus on detail, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering quality services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker and a commitment to providing high-quality care and assistance.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Safeguarding policies and practices to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals supported.
• Proficiency in Technical Support and familiarity with relevant administrative tools and systems.
• Effective organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in similar roles and familiarity with the care industry are advantageous.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
