About Triomics:

Triomics is building the agentic AI layer for oncology EHRs. Cancer hospitals spend billions on highly trained staff manually reading unstructured patient records such as pathology reports, clinical notes, genomic panels to power workflows like trial matching, registry curation, visit prep, and quality reporting. We replace that manual work with task-driven AI agents that sit inside the EMR and process records with >95% accuracy, at scale, in real time.

We have grown 10x in the last one year and are processing millions of documents monthly.

Role Overview

Were looking for a Support Engineer who can handle real-world issues calmly and solve them fast. This isnt a ticket-closing role youll dig into problems, understand systems, and work closely with engineering to keep things running smoothly.

What Youll Do

• Act as the first line of support for product and customer issues (US hours)
• Troubleshoot application, API, and data-related issues
• Investigate bugs and work with engineering for resolution
• Monitor systems and flag issues before they escalate
• Communicate clearly with internal teams (and sometimes clients)
• Maintain documentation, FAQs, and common fixes
• Track recurring issues and help improve product reliability

What Were Looking For

• 24 years of experience in technical support / support engineering
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Basic understanding of APIs, logs, and databases
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US hours)
• Good communication clear, structured, and calm under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues

Good to Have

• Experience with SaaS or data-heavy products
• Familiarity with SQL, Postman, or log monitoring tools
• Exposure to health-tech or AI products
